The conference “Whose Business is Risk?” seeks to critically respond to current deployments of risk, the notion of risk society, and the conceptualization of “at risk” populations. Jointly organized by the Institute for Gender, Sexuality, and Feminist Studies (IGSF) at McGill University, Media@McGill, The HTMlles 10 and Studio XX, this day-long graduate and post-graduate interdisciplinary conference will explore the themes of the RISKY BUSINESS.
