Andra McCartney

Andra McCartney is a multimedia soundscape artist, writer, teacher and researcher who creates CD ROMs, gallery installations, websites, radio art, and concert pieces. As a PhD candidate in Music at York University, she has created a CD ROM dissertation about Vancouver soundscape composer Hildegard Westerkamp. Her works are available online, and on CDs produced by the Canadian Electroacoustic Community, Terra Nova (MIT), Musicworks, and Entartete Kunst.
