Anne Parisien

Anne Parisien (born in Ontario, lives and works in Montréal) is a multidisciplinary artist. She completed an MFA in visual and new media art at UQAM. The artist has exhibited in Jakarta, Indonesia, as well as in Montreal at Galerie de l’UQAM, La Centrale Galerie Powerhouse and les Territoires. In 2013, she will be presenting video works at la Maison de la culture Plateau Mont-Royal, Studio XX and at the NIO Festival in Columbia. A recent practice in performance art has been shown at la Centrale, and in collaboration with Christian Bujold, at the Darling Foundry which will also be part of Verticale’s 2013-2014 programme. Her video works are distributed by the GIV.
