Annie Goh

Annie Goh is an artist and researcher working primarily with sound, space, electronic media and generative processes within their social and cultural contexts. Currently based in London, she is undertaking a PhD on “Sonic Knowledge & Archaeoacoustics: A Geneaology of Echo” at Goldsmiths, University of London as a CHASE/AHRC-funded scholar and Stuart Hall Foundation PhD Fellow. Recent exhibitions and performances include Burning Kroner (Bergen, NO), Sexing Sound (Chicago, US), Inside-Out Art Museum (Beijing, CN), Höhlenmediale (Wendelstein, DE), Arthackday at LEAP and transmediale (Berlin, DE) and Tokyo Wonder Site (Tokyo, JP). Recent publications include parallax, n.paradoxa: feminist art journal & Flusseriana: An Intellectual Toolbox. She has co-curated the discourse program of CTM Festival Berlin since 2013 and is the co-founder of the Sonic Cyberfeminisms project with Marie Thompson.
