Cheryl Pagurek

Cheryl Pagurek received an M.F.A. from the University of Victoria. Her works have been shown across Canada, including exhibits at MSVU Art Gallery (Halifax), Patrick Mikhail Gallery (Ottawa/Montreal), Le Mois de la Photo à Montréal, Vu (Québec), and Gallery 44 (Toronto), and have been screened in Canada, France, Brazil, and the USA. In 2011 she installed a public art commission, Currents, a permanent outdoor art video display, at an Ottawa transit station. Her work is in public and private collections, including Foreign Affairs Canada, the Canada Council Art Bank, Cenovus Energy Inc., the Ottawa Art Gallery and the City of Ottawa, and has been reviewed in Canadian, American and British publications.
