Emilie Monnet

Emilie Monnet is an interdisciplinary artist with Anishnaabe and French heritage based in Montreal. Combining theatre, performance, and media arts, her work explores the interconnections between identity, memory, imagination, and language, telling stories that weave the symbolic realms of dreams and mythology–both personal and collective. A graduate of Ondinnok’s theatre training program in partnership with the National Theatre School of Canada, she founded Onishka Productions in 2011.
