Emily Pelstring

Emily Pelstring obtained her BFA from Rhode Island School of Design and her MFA from Concordia University. Emily’s work includes numerous music videos and concert visuals, including a nominee for the 2012 Prism Prize. Her installation, animation and experimental video work has shown internationally in galleries and festivals, among them Transmediale, Seoul International New Media Festival, Ann Arbor Film Festival, the Fofa Gallery, the PHI Centre, and the Khyber Centre for the Arts. Emily often collaborates with Jessica Mensch under the moniker Inflatable Deities, and with Katherine Kline as The Powers.
