Frédéric Biron Carmel

Frédéric Biron Carmel is a photographer and tactical media designer interested in open-source digital platforms as architecture for networked social movement building. He currently works with the Centre des arts actuels de Skol, and is co-conceiving a collective of online citizen reporting. He was very involved in the Occupy Montreal movement in 2011.
