Jennifer Gunji-Ballsrud

Jennifer Gunji-Ballsrud is a design educator who is currently a Professor in the Graphic Design Program and the Narrative Media Program at the University of Illinois. Her focus encompasses the various facets of design, which examines both traditional and new media. Her teaching integrates her studies of Japanese aesthetics within the practice of design. Her work has been highlighted in several international and national publications. Her design work for @art, an Arts and Humanities Portal, was recently shown at the Computers in Art and Design Education Conference (CADE) in Scotland and she has an upcoming article in the magazine Visible Language.
