Johanne Wort

After 20 years publishing art books, Johanne Wort recently returned to practicing art. She is currently studying an MFA at Goldsmiths University and training in butoh. She specializes in filmmaking with a particular interest in the relationship between horror and feminism. Johanne’s work focuses on humanity writ large – blurring the lines between human and tool, human and technology. She is part of a collective of new artists called the East Wing Group, and is showing with them for the first time in April 2016 at Camden Image Gallery London.
