Laura Baigorri

Laura Baigorri is a curator, critic and researcher. She is professor at the Barcelona University and Vice Dean of Research, Graduate and Postgraduate Studies in the Faculty of Fine Arts of the same institution. Among her curatorial projects are: Breaking the Rules: Games and Ethical Challenges, at Mexico’s Media Art Festival Transitio (2015); Homo ludens ludens at Spain’s Laboral Centro de Arte in 2008; Videoarde. Critical Video Art in Latin America and Caribbean presented in Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Uruguay, Ecuador, Nicaragua, United States, Colombia, Paraguay, Brazil, Cuba, Greece, Morocco and Turkey (2009-2015). She is currently the coordinator of the exhibition Multiverso, Muestra Ayudas a la creación en Videoarte, Foundation BBVA Madrid (2016).
