Louise Orwin

Based in London, Louise Orwin is a performance and theatre artist. Her work always springs from a place of vulnerability, honesty and risk. She is preoccupied with liveness, failure, awkwardness enjoys playing with stereotypical notions of the feminine in popular culture. She has shown her work internationally and all over the UK in various venues and festivals. Her productions (Pretty Ugly ; 2014, A Girl and A Gun ; 2017) were well received by the critic (including The Independent, The Guardian et le New York Times) and she is currently touring both shows throughout the UK and Europe. Her most recent show Oh Yes Oh No is due to tour the UK in 2018.
