Luce Des Aulniers

Luce Des Aulniers is Tenure Professor in the Communications Department at UQAM and for Studies on Death (which she founded in 1980). Social worker and Health Services instructor, she holds a Doctorate in Anthropology. Author of numerous books as well as of hundreds of scientific articles, she is interested in the evolution of our relationship to death through diverse art forms (cinema and photography), as well as certain performances associated with memory.
