Melisa Forero

Melisa Forero is a media professional who was involved with First Person Digital from its development stage at the National Film Board to the production stage at Studio XX. Originally from Colombia, Melisa has explored the world of audiovisual production from different creative angles in the private and non-profit sectors both in Canada and Latin-America. Recently she worked for the NFB as an Associate Producer developing and co-producing the training initiative Making Music 3. Melisa works as a promo producer/director for CTV Montreal and she is also the Video Designer for The Caravan Stage Theatre Company where she creates large-scale interactive video content for the outdoor theatre. Her titles abroad include junior content producer for CityTv Bogota and Assistant Director for Cinema Films Colombia. She’s an honors graduate from the Communication Studies department at Concordia University.
